Art News is a series of invented headlines that reflect the art market in an ironic way. The visitors draw numbers like at the fresh food counter of a supermarket and are called upon by a red numbered panel to stand at the microphone and read one of the headlines each time. In return for reading aloud, they keep the headline printed on paper.
Especially in view of the COVID-19 crisis and its economic consequences, this series of works is particularly explosive.
