Hannes Egger makes Picasso the theme of his interactive work as a marketing genius. It consists of a commercially available photocopying machine and a drawing instruction manual. In the work created for the “After Picasso” show, visitors are invited to (photocopy) their own stories – in other words, to use a trend word that is at the same time the title of the work, to make a “selfie” of themselves. On the printed sheet of paper, the signature of Picasso (applied beforehand by the artist) appears next to the face. You can take a copy of the Picasso work home with you.
