The work of Hannes Egger is conceived as a multi-sensory experience that is lived in an individual way. The audience is taken on a physical and mental journey that moves between myth and reality. A narrative voice invites listeners* to live through a series of experiences, tracing the evolution of our relationship with trees, forests and woodlands, from archaic times to the present day. Magical dimensions, mythological references and historical events alternate in a sweep of images that reach the scenes of destruction caused by the storm Vaia.
